Our sport taekwondo program is known as one of the ELITE in Texas.  Students in this program specifically train for sparring. They learn the rules of the sport, ring management, point system, sparring drills, sparring techniques and so much more. With Mr. Farfan having over 20 years experience as a world class competitor, students are taught sport taekwondo at a select level resulting in district, regional, state, national and international champions.

Our toddler program emphasizes in basic kicking, punching and stances. In addition, we focus on listening skills, balance,coordination agility training and develop sparring techniques.

TODDLER TKD

Our traditional taekwondo program consists of the core foundation of taekwondo. Students learn the required skills to move up in belt rank which consist of stances, strikes (hands and feet), blocks, form, terminology and sparring. Along with these skills students also learn a wide variety of self defense techniques according to their rank.
